Chianti and Vinci Tour

When someone says "I want to visit Tuscany" they normally mean Chianti, and Vinci, the beautiful home of Leonardo da Vinci, will be an appetizer of this area. This is a typical Tuscan Hill town perched on top of a hill, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Upon arrival you will visit the museum dedicated to Leonardo’s awesome and mind-boggling engineering works.

We will then head on towards the heart of the Chianti Classico defined by many foreigners as "the most beautiful countryside in the world" that enchants visitors with the beauty of the architecture of its mediaeval small towns, castles and farmhouses, which are perfectly blended in its breathtaking landscape as if the whole area were shaped by an artist’s hand.

Before reaching the restaurant, We will visit Badia a Passignano, a fantastic castle which seems to have just come of our a fairy tale.

Lunch will be at a local trattoria serving only Tuscan specialties, not included in price and after lunch enjoy a visit of a small prestigious winery, Winery Tour cost not included.

Head on to Montefioralle, the most spectacular and best preserved example of fortified small hill-town in Chianti and finally, reach the charming square of Greve in Chianti famous for being entirely surrounded by many authentic shops.
