Is that price all-inclusive (tax, gratuity)?
LimoStars always gives all-inclusive prices.

Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
In most cases, you will find your driver in the baggage claim. However, there are certain airports that do not allow baggage meets. Your LimoStars representative will notify you if there is no baggage meet at the airport where the service is required.

What beverages are stocked in the limousine?
  All vehicles come fully stocked with sodas, water, juice, and ice. Clean crystal ware is also complimentary.

I need service for a concert. Will I be charged for the time while I am in the concert?
  Yes. To maintain the quality associated with LimoStars, it is mandatory that the car wait at the specified pickup location. Often, during large events local police will not allow cars to re-enter arena parking facilities.
5.
What is your cancellation policy?
  Cancellations for transfers (to the airport, point A to point B) must have 24 hours notice. Cancellations for hourly charters must have at least 7 days notice.
